Kendall block in the distance with Rashleigh House to the left of the picture. Kendall block, as it was known in later years contained five wards. Kenwyn, Lerryn, Seaton, Lynher and Gannel. To the right of Kendall through the trees was the building that housed Enquiries, the Training school and Pay office. This picture was taken in the 1980's.
